About The Founder

Linton Chalmers is a strategic facilitator and consultant who has worked with leaders and teams across 30+ countries. His background spans management consulting, leadership development and sales performance, with deep expertise in organisational behaviour and human performance.

Over the past 15 years, Linton has led engagements with hundreds of clients and thousands of individuals - from global enterprises to fast growing scale-ups - helping them navigate change, strengthen culture and achieve sustainable results.

He holds a Master’s degree in International Law & International Relations and a Bachelor’s in Theology, alongside accreditations in a range of leading psychometric and leadership tools.

Originally from Queenstown, New Zealand, Linton now lives on the East Coast of Australia. He’s a keen skier, golfer and lifelong student of how people think, connect and perform.
